Com que frequência você sorri?/How often do you smile?
Vou iniciar o texto de hoje com uma pergunta…
Quando você está andando na rua, ou qualquer outro lugar, e alguém passa por você e sorri, como você se sente? E qual a sua reação?
Talvez você ache estranho, olhe para trás para conferir se o sorriso era para você; talvez você simplesmente sorria de volta sem pensar muito; e tem alguns que parecem simplesmente não gostar (ou estão tão fechados em suas emoções que nem percebem, não se abrem...) mas tudo bem…
Vou te dizer a minha (re)ação. Sorrisos me tocam a alma e eu simplesmente sorrio de volta! Se eu estiver em um momento mais quieto ou mesmo triste, o sorriso ilumina meu instante e transforma-o imediatamente; já se eu estiver em um momento alegre, minha resposta vai em um sorriso ainda mais feliz… E sabe, um dia percebi que nestes dias, meu sorriso permanence e assim recebo outros sorrisos – como numa ‘corrente do bem’, uma corrente do sorriso… Ao perceber essa reação em cadeia, tornei isso um hábito consciente. Sorrio mesmo, e ‘não tô nem aí’ se passo por pessoas que não gostam, que fecham a cara, ou que acham você está dando trela, porque para mim o que vale mais é ‘ver’ o rosto sorridente daquele que se sentiu tocado. Porque este ver não são os olhos que vem… é o coração que vê!
Às vezes o sorriso nem é para a gente, a pessoa simplesmente está passando por um momento feliz e sorri para si mesma, e se nós tivermos a sorte de perceber este momento, ele nos atinge também… observe.
Portanto… tente…
8- Sorria
Sorriso é que nem abraço, é daqueles pequenos simples gestos que são enormes, que mudam o momento em qualquer momento…(repeti mesmo…rs)
Não vou me estender explicando muito mais sobre o sorriso, porque isso é coisa para experimentar e sentir, para acrescentar na vida! Sem nem mencionar os risos e as gargalhadas… (aliás esta última, é sem dúvida a minha favorita…)
Tem gente que sorri com os olhos e é o sorriso mais lindo que existe! É sorriso da alma!
Te desejo muitos sorrisos, risos e gargalhadas na vida…

I’ll start this text today with a question…
When you’re walking on the street, or any other place, and someone passes by you and smiles, how do you feel? And what is your reaction?
Maybe you think it’s strange, look back to check if the smile was actually to you; maybe, you simply smile back without thinking much; and there are some who seem to not like it (or they might be so closed off in their emotions that they don’t even notice it, they don’t open themselves…) but that’s ok…
I’m going to tell you about my (re)action. Smiles touch my soul and I simply smile back! If I’m in a quieter or even sad moment, the smile brightens my moment and changes it immediately; and if I’m already in a joyful moment, my answer goes out in a happier smile… And you know, one day I’ve realized that in those days, my smile gets prolonged and so I receive other smiles – like in a ‘chain of good’, a smile chain… Once I realized that chain reaction, I made this a conscious habit. I do smile, and I don’t mind if some people don’t like it, if they just shut their faces off, or if some think I’m trying to get someone attention, because for me what matters the most is ‘seeing’ the one who felt touched with a smiley face. Because this ‘seeing’ isn’t with the eyes… it’s the heart which sees!
Sometimes the smile isn’t even for us. The person is just experiencing some happy moment and smiles for him(her)self, and if we’re lucky of noticing that moment, it hits us too… Just pay attention.
So… Try…
8- Smile
Smiling is like hugging, it’s one of those little simple gestures that are huge, that transform the moment at any time…
I won’t extend myself explaining more about smiles, because this is something to experience and feel, to add in life! Without even mentioning laughs… (which are my favorite by the way…)
There are people who smile with their eyes and this is most beautiful smile ever! It’s the soul’s smile!
I wish you lots of smiles and laughs in life…
