Das coisas que a gente fala sem saber o porquê ou o que é...
Sabe aquela frase comum, que acredito que a maioria já falou, ou ouviu, ao menos uma vez na vida?
Isso é Karma!
(Sempre, ou quase sempre, após uma situação desconfortável, desagradável, ruim… como se fosse um castigo, e geralmente de alguém; alguém nos castigando)
Não sei quando ou onde foi que o mal-entendido ocorreu, mas é fato que entendemos o conceito de Karma inadequadamente e continuamos a reproduzí-lo sem procurar saber de onde vem esse termo, e o que ele realmente significa.
Karma é uma palavra da língua sânscrita, língua muito antiga lá da Índia, há rumores de que ela possa ser a língua mãe, de onde todos os outros idiomas derivaram.
A palavra Karma é traduzida como Ação, no entanto, o termo tem um significado bastante amplo, simples e complexo ao mesmo tempo, ou, melhor dizendo, profundo.
Tudo no Universo acontece de acordo com Leis Universais, e, portanto, em nosso planeta, nosso mundo, também; não poderia ser diferente. Há leis físicas que permeiam tudo o que surge, se desenvolve e desaparece, porque se transformou em algo diferente; e uma dessas leis é a conhecida lei da ação e reação.
Para toda ação, há uma reação contrária e de igual intensidade.
Vamos para um exemplo físico simples:
Se resolvemos dar um soco na parede, a mesma força da batida exercida pela mão à parede, é exercida pela parede à mão, só que na forma de ‘resistência’ já que a parede é rígida. A forma mais fácil de perceber essa interação momentânea de força é a dor, na mão.
A questão é que geralmente para-se de analisar ou tentar entender aqui, neste ponto. Justamente aquele que não é tão bom… por isso vê-se o Karma como negativo, na maioria das vezes.
Entretanto, karma (ação) também produz reação contrária e de mesma intensidade, positiva. De onde você pensa que surgiram os tão famosos princípios das Leis da Atração- O Segredo? A única questão a aprofundar, em um outro momento, é o tempo; já que nem sempre a ação vai gerar reação (ou resultado) na hora do acontecido, porque as ações não são físicas somente.
A chave é percebermos que tudo neste mundo é ação, mesmo a não-ação; não dá para parar só naquilo que tem fisicalidade e é, portanto, visível. Aquilo que falamos é ação, que inclusive teve início no pensamento, o que ESCOLHEMOS dar atenção e desenvolver, até que se tornasse palavra e então atitude… daí já podemos perceber que a ação mesmo começou lá na mente, no pensamento, e na escolha de dar atenção a ele, o desejo…
A escolha é um Karma, pois gera consequências, resultados. A não-ação, mencionada anteriormente, também; não é simplesmente não fazer nada, é a escolha de agir fazendo nada, portanto é uma ação e como tudo, terá uma reação.
Logo, é sempre bom lembrar daquela frase sobre o fenômeno do Eco: Se não gosta do que está recebendo, observe o que está emitindo. Seja em comportamentos, palavras ou pensamentos.
Porque Karma não é um castigo, nem é um sacana te castigando ou punindo, ele é seu espelho! E é preciso, não tem distorções!

Things we say without knowing why or what it is…
You know that usual sentence, which I believe most of us already said, or heard, at least once in life?
This must be Karma!
(Always, or almost, after some unpleasurable, uncomfortable, or bad situation... as if it was some sort of punishment, and generally from someone; someone punishing us)
I don’t know when or where this misunderstanding happened, but the fact is that we understood the concept of karma inadequately, and we keep reproducing it without trying to know where the term came from, and what it really means.
Karma is a word from the Sanskrit language, very old language from India, there are rumors that it could be the root mother language, where all other languages came from.
The word Karma is translated as Action, but the term has a very wide meaning, simple and complex at the same time, or, better saying, deep.
Everything in the Universe happens according to Universal laws, and therefore, in our planet, our world, too; it couldn’t be different. Physical laws are in everything that appears, develops and disappears - transformed into something else; and one of those laws is the so called, law of action and reaction.
To every action, there’s a contrary reaction of equal intensity.
A simple physical example:
If we decide to punch the wall, the same amount of strength done by the hand on the wall is done by the wall on the hand, but in the form of ‘resistance’ since the wall is rigid. The easiest way of realizing that momentaneous interaction is the pain, on the hand.
The thing is that, usually, we stop analyzing or trying to understand it here, at this point. Exactly at the point which isn’t so good… that’s why Karma is seen as something negative most of the times.
Thus, Karma (action) also produces positive contrary reaction of equal intensity. Where do you think all those famous principles of the Secret- laws of attraction, came from? The only thing to dig a little deeper, some other time, is time; since it isn’t always that the action will generate reaction (or result) at the time of the fact, because actions are not only physical.
The key is to realize that everything in this world is action, even non-action; it’s not possible to consider only what has physicality and is, therefore, visible. What we say is action, which, by the way, had started in our thought, what we CHOSE to pay attention to and develop until it became words and attitudes… from there we can already notice that the action itself had begun in the mind, with the thought, and the choice of paying attention to it, the desire…
Choice is Karma, because it generates consequences, results. Non-action, mentioned previously, too; it isn’t simply not doing anything, it is the choice of acting doing nothing, so it is action, and as everything, it’ll have a reaction.
So, it’s Always good to remember that saying about the Echo phenomenon: If you don’t like what you’re receiving, observe what you’re emitting. Be it in behavior, words or thoughts.
Because Karma isn’t a punishment, nor a jerk trying to do that, it is your mirror! And it is precise, no distortions!
