Eu escolho a Liberdade.../ I choose Freedom...
Eu escolho a liberdade porque além de poder expressar minhas opiniões, pontos de vista e questionamentos quando algo não faz sentido para mim, quero que aqueles que discordam deles, também a tenham para se expressar.
Isso me faz aprender a ouvir, aprender a respeitar o diferente e aceitá-lo, mesmo que não concorde.
Também quero liberdade para mudá-las, caso perceba que as visões antigas já não fazem sentido, já que humanos não pertencem ao grupo dos objetos que são rotulados e engessam-se ali... Aliás, até objetos hoje em dia já são ressignificados.
Escolho a liberdade porque quero poder fazer o que quiser com meu corpo, seguir meus valores, sempre respeitando a vida, e tentando me ater ao que é adequado mediante cada situação e quero ver aqueles que acreditam em valores diferentes felizes de seguir os seus...
Escolho a liberdade porque é através dela que vivo plenamente, porque é através da liberdade que percebo a diferença e é na diferença que aprendo sobre mim mesma, muitas vezes tendo a oportunidade de ver em mim as perfeições ou imperfeições que aponto nos outros... E quando aprendo sobre mim mesma, aprendo sobre humildade – a humildade de saber que nenhuma verdade é absoluta neste mundo, mas que Deus, ou como você quiser chamá-lo, nos deu a oportunidade de buscá-la.
Deus nos dá o potencial de conhecimento para que busquemos a verdade, ao mesmo tempo em que nos concede o livre arbítrio, então Por que hei de não ser LIVRE?
Seria um enorme desrespeito com Ele, que nos habita, e com a própria vida.
‘Conheça a verdade, e Ela os libertará!’

I choose freedom because besides being able to express my opinions, points of view and inquiries when something doesn’t make sense to me, I also want those who disagree with them to have it to express themselves.
This makes me learn how to listen, how to respect the different and accept it, even if I don’t agree with it.
I also want freedom to change them, in case I realize my old views don’t make sense anymore, since humans don’t belong to the object group which are labelled and crystalize… By the way, even objects nowadays are (re)signified.
I choose freedom because I want to be able to do what I wish with my body, follow my values, always respecting life, and trying to do what is proper before each situation and I want to see those who believe in different values happy following theirs…
I choose freedom because it is through it that I live fully, because it is through freedom that I realize the difference, and it is difference that I learn about myself, many times having the opportunity to see in me the perfections or imperfections that I point out in others… And when I learn about myself, I learn about being humble – humbleness of knowing that no truth is absolute in this world, but God, or however you wish to call It, gave us the opportunity to seek it.
God gives us the potential of knowledge so that we seek truth, at the same He gives us Free will, so Why wouldn’t I be FREE?
It would be a huge disrespect to Him, within us, and to life itself.
‘Know the Truth, and It shall Free you!’
